Getting Started with Adstein: A New Customer’s Guide

Welcome to Adstein! If you’re reading this, you’ve joined a community of eCommerce sellers who are ready to maximize their Amazon advertising with AI-driven insights and automation. As a new Adstein customer, I’m excited to share my journey to help you navigate Adstein’s platform, explore each page, and start seeing results quickly!

Your Dashboard: The Command Center for Ad Optimization

The Dashboard is the first page you’ll land on, and it’s designed to be your command center. Here, you can see a summary of all your ads’ key metrics in real-time—things like ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and conversion rates. You’ll also find a Recent Activity log, showing any updates or changes Adstein’s AI has made on your behalf. This way, you always know what’s happening across your campaigns, without digging through reports or manually checking each ad.

Optimization Rules: Set It and Let Adstein Do the Work

One of the most powerful features on Adstein is the Optimization Rules page. Here’s where you’ll set the conditions for how Adstein’s AI manages your bids, budgets, and keywords based on metrics that matter to you.

To set up your first rule:

  1. Go to Optimization Rules and explore the pre-defined rules. These are designed to cover the essentials and help you get started right away.
  2. Want more control? You can customize a rule or create your own! For example, if your target ACoS is 20%, you might set a rule to increase the bid for any ad with an ACoS lower than that target or to pause low-performing ads.
  3. Choose an Action that fits your strategy, like adjusting a bid, pausing a keyword, or boosting a budget.

Once your rules are set, Adstein’s AI will take over, applying these optimizations in real-time so you can focus on other priorities.

Bid and Budget Management: Precision Control Over Your Ad Spend

Adstein’s Bid and Budget Management page is your go-to for detailed control over where your ad spend goes. Here, you can set rules specific to different ad groups, allowing you to optimize spending based on each group’s performance. For instance, if an ad group has a consistently high conversion rate, you may want to allocate more budget to maximize returns.

Since bids are managed at the AdGroup level, you can rest assured that every dollar spent is going to ads with the best potential. Adstein automatically applies your bid and budget rules so you don’t need to adjust spending manually.

Keyword Management: Target the Right Audience, Every Time

On the Keyword Management page, you can refine your ad targeting by adding or adjusting keywords for each ad group. If a certain keyword drives consistent conversions, Adstein can help you increase its bid or focus on related keywords for better targeting.

To get started, select an ad group and add or remove keywords as needed. Adstein’s Add Keyword modal makes it easy to set up new keywords and ensure each is aligned with your campaign goals.

Reporting & Analytics: Get the Insights You Need

For those who love data, the Reporting & Analytics page is a treasure trove of information. You can select from different timeframes (Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, etc.) and view metrics that show how your campaigns are performing. Reports can be exported in multiple formats—CSV, PDF, or Excel—so you can easily share insights with your team or analyze trends over time.

Adstein’s detailed reports show which campaigns are thriving and which might need an adjustment. This data is invaluable for making strategic decisions and adjusting your optimization rules as needed.

Notifications and Alerts: Stay Informed Without the Noise

Adstein’s Notification Center is where you can set alerts for major changes, such as when a rule triggers an adjustment or if there’s a shift in performance metrics. Customize your notifications to receive only the updates that matter to you. This way, you stay in the loop without being overwhelmed by information.
